Vidya Aqua Purifier

The shop is in the Sai Rakash Building, right at the Akurli Stop on Matheran Road. We’ve been here in Shop No. 02 for a while. It’s a busy area, especially with people heading towards Matheran. We mostly deal with water purifiers and the filters that go inside them. The water around here can be pretty hard, so people are always looking for ways to get it cleaned up. Our space is filled with tanks, pipes, and different types of membranes. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we keep all the spare parts and the tools we need for repairs. We spend a lot of time out on the road visiting houses, but this shop is our main base. Sometimes it’s just one of us here while the others are out. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily work of fixing and installing machines. When you come to Akurli Stop, you can see our sign. The floor is usually a bit wet because we’re testing things out. We talk to a lot of neighbors who just drop by to ask questions about their water. It’s a local business and we keep things simple. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know about the purifiers and let them decide. We just try to get the water running clear for everyone.
