We have the usual stuff like computers and printers, and there is always a stack of papers that needs sorting. We don't really have a team of people to clean up or organize things, so we just do it ourselves when we have a spare minute. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. The building itself is an older one, but it holds up well against the rain during the monsoon season. We don't spend a lot of money on making the place look corporate or sleek. It is just a workspace where we spend our hours from Monday to Saturday. Most of our neighbors are small businesses too, so there is a nice sense of everyone just trying to get by. We might go out for a tea break in the afternoon when the sun is at its hottest. We don't have a big grand plan or anything like that. We just focus on the work that is right in front of us. It is a decent way to spend the day in Thane, keeping things moving along at our own pace without much fuss.
