Our hospital and ICCU are located at Plot No 1, 2, and 3 on the Main Road in Airoli. Being right on the main road means we are easy to find for people who are in a hurry, even if the traffic gets a bit loud during the morning rush hour. We have the ICCU for the more serious stuff where people need constant watching by the staff, and then the regular rooms for everything else. It’s a functional space designed to get the job done without any unnecessary frills or decorations. The building covers three plots, so there is a bit more room than your average local clinic, but it still feels like a neighborhood place to us. We have nurses and doctors who are on their feet most of the day, moving quickly between the intensive care unit and the general wards. We don’t use flashy brochures or big advertisements to get people in. Most people hear about us from their friends or family who live in Airoli. The lobby is very simple, and we try to keep the paperwork to a minimum, though there’s always something that needs to be filed. We deal with emergencies when they come through the door and try to keep things calm even when it’s very busy. It’s just a place where we work hard to help people get through their health scares. We focus on the basics of hospital care.
