We are based at Plot No. 632 in the TTC Industrial Area in Rabale. Miranda Automation Pvt Ltd is just a regular engineering spot in the middle of a big industrial zone. We work on control panels and different types of automated systems. The workbench is usually covered in screwdrivers, PLC units, and bits of wire. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we have our own system for finding things. We don't have a polished corporate image or a bunch of slogans. We just sit down and figure out how to make things move automatically. Sometimes the logic gets confusing and we have to spend hours scratching our heads over a diagram. It’s part of the job. The air here in the MIDC area is always a bit heavy with the smell of other factories, but you get used to it. We have a small team and we usually eat lunch together in the break room. We don't do much in the way of selling ourselves. Most of our work comes from other businesses nearby who know we can fix their machines. We just keep our heads down and do the technical stuff. It’s not always easy, but it’s interesting work most of the time. Sometimes we stay late because a program just won't run right, and we don't want to leave it unfinished. We just keep testing and tweaking until it finally does what it’s supposed to do. That’s how we’ve always handled things here in Rabale.
