You’ll find us at Plot No. A-707 in the TTC Industrial Area over in Mahape. We are right by the Ramnath Solar bus stop, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are. This is an industrial zone, so it’s all about getting things built and tested. At Respect Labs, we focus on the technical side of things. Our space is full of testing equipment and workbenches. It’s noisy sometimes because of the other units nearby, but we’re used to it. We aren't here to look important. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty when we need to. Most of our time is spent on projects that require a lot of checking and re-checking. If something isn’t working in the lab, we stay late to figure out why. There’s no magic to it, just a lot of trial and error and following the data. The MIDC area is huge, but we’ve made our little spot here work for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk through problems until they’re solved. It’s a practical environment for practical people. We don't have a fancy website or a polished sales pitch. We just have our tools and our experience. When the bus stops outside, we usually see people heading to their own shifts, and it feels good to be part of that daily grind. We just keep working until the job is done right.
