Our office and plant are at D-282 in Midc Turbhe. This part of the industrial zone is always humming with activity. Medisynth Chemicals Private Limited has been part of this street for many years now. It’s a practical building, mostly made of concrete and iron. Inside, it’s quite quiet in the offices, but the production area has its own steady rhythm. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our desks have been here since we moved in. The smell of the chemicals is something you get used to after the first week. We have a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. Lunch breaks are usually taken together in the small breakroom. We watch the trucks go by on the main road and talk about the weekend. It’s not a place for big meetings or long speeches. We just look at the orders, check the drums, and make sure everything is labeled correctly. Being in Turbhe means we’re close to everything, but it also means dealing with a lot of dust from the nearby quarries. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living in a very busy industrial town. There isn't much more to it than showing up and making sure the day goes according to plan. We appreciate the quiet moments when the shift is over.
