Our office and warehouse are over at A-115 in the Khairne MIDC area. This is part of the TTC Industrial Area in Navi Mumbai, right off the Thane Belapur Road. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it’s an industrial hub. There’s a lot of heavy traffic with trucks and vans moving through all the time. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. The building is a typical industrial structure, nothing too fancy, just solid and functional. We handle various goods and supplies here. Most of our days are spent coordinating with drivers and checking the stock in the back. The air here always smells a bit like machinery and exhaust from the main road. It can get very busy during the monsoon when the rain hits the metal roofs. We usually have a small group of staff who have been with us for years. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It is a lot of hard work, especially when shipments arrive late. We don't bother with corporate titles much. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. It’s a local business that relies on the fact that we show up and do what we say we will. We like the grit of the MIDC area. It’s a place where work actually happens every single day of the week and we fit right in.
