People always ask where we are and honestly if you know the Thane-Belapur road you know how the traffic gets around Airoli. We are right in the middle of it at Medpace Clinical Research. It’s not a fancy setup with flashing lights or anything like that. We mostly just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing here in the office. The building is okay, nothing special to look at, but it does the job for the kind of research stuff we handle every day. Most of us have been working in this part of Airoli for a while now so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Some days are busier than others depending on what projects are coming through the door. We don't really do the whole big corporate speech thing because everyone is usually too tired from the commute anyway. If you're looking for us, just head toward the main road and you'll find the spot eventually. It’s a practical place for practical people. We have a small tea stall nearby that everyone goes to when things get a bit stressful. It's just a regular workplace with regular people trying to get their tasks done before the sun goes down. Nothing more and nothing less than that. We just show up, do the clinical work, and go home to our families at the end of the shift. It works for us and the neighbors do not mind us much.
