We are based out of D-282 in the Midc Area of Turbhe. Medisynth Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is where we do all our chemical work and production. The Midc Area is very industrial, so it’s full of warehouses, big trucks, and factories just like ours. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here every morning, but it’s where the infrastructure is for this kind of business. We spend most of our time in the lab or on the production floor. It’s a lot of measuring, mixing, and testing batches. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie. We’re usually in our work gear and boots, making sure the processes are going the way they are supposed to. The air always has a bit of a chemical or metallic scent to it, which is just part of the job. We’ve been in Turbhe for a long time and we know the roads and the neighbors well. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that we do our work properly and people keep coming back to us. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when it’s hot outside and we have multiple orders going at once. We just take it one batch at a time and try not to rush things. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for years.
