Our facility is at Plot EL-1 in the MIDC Electronic Zone, which is part of the TTC Industrial Area in Mahape. It’s a big industrial park, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Meco Meters Pvt. Ltd. is mostly about measurement tools and testing equipment. The building is large enough to hold our production lines and the calibration labs. It smells a bit like solder and cleaning fluid inside, which is just how an electronics plant should be. We have a lot of staff who have been with us since the beginning. Every morning, there is a bit of a rush when everyone arrives for the shift. We spend the hours looking through magnifying glasses or checking digital readouts. It requires a lot of patience. The Mahape area is full of similar businesses, so we feel right at home here. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. Instead, we have shelves full of meters and crates waiting to be shipped out. We keep our heads down and focus on the accuracy of what we make. It’s a lot of routine, but that’s how you get things done properly. Sometimes the canteen is the best place to find out what’s really going on in the factory. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the numbers on the meters are right before they leave the gate.
