We are based out of the J.C.I.E. industrial estate in Kamothe. Our units are 1-146 and 147. Panvel is a bit out of the main city, but it’s a good spot for what we do at Mansons International. We have a warehouse and some office space combined into one. It’s a lot of heavy metal parts and shipping crates everywhere you look. The trucks come in and out all day long, especially in the mornings. It gets pretty noisy with the forklifts running around moving pallets. Our team is a mix of warehouse workers and office staff who handle all the shipping logistics. We’ve been in this location for a good number of years now. It’s not a polished place by any means. The floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of grease or dust somewhere because of the parts we handle. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the parts are sent out on time. The weather in Panvel can be really wet during the monsoon season, which makes things a bit slower and muddier. We usually have lunch together in a small side room that serves as our kitchen. It’s a straightforward operation with no frills. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just need the space to store and move our inventory efficiently. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the grind. Most of us have been doing this for a long time and we know the routine.
