I am Mahendra Parab and I operate out of Airoli in Navi Mumbai. My address is Al4, 2/7, in Sector-5, which is a pretty well-known part of the neighborhood. Being in Navi Mumbai is a bit different than the main city; things feel a little more spaced out here. My place in Sector-5 is where I spend most of my time. It’s not a huge corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where I can focus on my work without too many distractions. I’ve been in this area for a while and I like the way the roads are planned out here compared to other places. The pin code is 400708 if you are looking it up. I don't really go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy signs. I just prefer to let my work speak for itself. Most of the people I interact with are locals or people who have been referred to me by someone they trust. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. I keep my own hours and make sure I get through my list of things to do every day. Airoli has become quite a hub lately, but my corner of Sector-5 still feels like a regular residential area where you can actually hear yourself think. It is a practical spot for a small business like mine and I appreciate the local atmosphere every day.
