We are based out of the Vindhya Commercial Complex in C.B.D. Belapur. Our unit is number 705, up in Sector-XI. M. C. Clelland Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a typical commercial space with plenty of other businesses around us. The view from the seventh floor is alright, though mostly you just see other office blocks. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on decorations or modern furniture. Our office is filled with technical drawings, some old books, and stacks of paper. It’s a working environment, through and through. The staff here mostly knows each other well, and we have a fairly quiet atmosphere most days. Being in Belapur is handy because of the transport links, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. We just focus on our engineering work and try to stay on top of the projects we have. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and discussing plans. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people where we are and what we do if they ask. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they need some specific help with their equipment. It’s a steady pace of life here in Sector-XI. We don't really need anything more than this office space to keep things going. It's practical and close to everything we need.
