Lakhani Builders & Developers

Lakhani Builders & Developers is based in the Spaghetti Complex in Sector 15. We are in units G-3/4/15. This is in Kharghar, which is part of New Bombay, 410 210. The Spaghetti Complex is a well-known spot, so it’s usually easy for people to find us. We’ve been in this office for a good stretch of time. It’s a busy office because Kharghar is always growing and there is always something being built. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a group of people working on local building projects. We spend a lot of time on our feet, visiting sites and talking to workers. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to deal with the mountain of paperwork that comes with construction. We don’t have a lot of polished sales pitches. We just show people what we are working on and answer their questions. The office is practical—lots of files, some maps on the wall, and desks that have seen better days. We like being in New Bombay because everything is moving fast and there’s a lot of energy. We’ve seen Sector 15 change quite a bit since we first moved into the complex. Our focus is just on the next project and making sure the one we are on right now gets finished. It’s straightforward work and we just take it one day at a time, keeping things simple.
