You can find us at B-158 in Balaji Bhavan, which is over in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now, dealing with all sorts of instruments used in labs and hospitals. The space is filled with boxes and different types of testing equipment stacked against the walls. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock coming in and out every week. Most of our day is spent checking the calibration or packing things up for delivery to different facilities around the region. It’s a quiet area mostly, but our office stays busy with the phone ringing and people coming in for meetings. We aren’t really into big marketing or anything like that. People usually find us because they need a specific tool or a replacement part for their laboratory setup. There are a few of us working here, and we’ve all learned the technical side of these instruments over the years by just doing the work. We take the train or drive in, and the parking near Balaji Bhavan can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. The desks are covered in manuals and spec sheets. It’s not a flashy setup, just a practical one where we handle the equipment and make sure the orders are packed properly. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment arrives from the manufacturers.
