Our place is at C7/1 in the TTC Industrial Area, which is part of the MIDC in Pawane. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know it’s a massive area dedicated to factories and industrial plants. We’ve been a part of this landscape for a very long time. Our facility is quite large, and it’s mostly dedicated to production and warehousing. It isn't a place for casual visitors; it's a working site where people are busy from morning till night. The atmosphere is very industrial, with the sound of machines and the movement of forklifts being the background noise of our day. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist. Instead, you’re more likely to meet someone wearing a uniform or carrying a clipboard. The workers here have been with us for years, and there is a lot of experience on the floor. We focus on making sure the products are made correctly and shipped out on time. The MIDC area in Pawane can be a bit overwhelming with all the heavy vehicles, but we’ve found our rhythm here. During the lunch break, everyone gathers around the common areas to share food and talk. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or corporate branding. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a big operation, but it feels like a community of people who just want to do their jobs well and get home to their families.
