Makzon Impex

We are located at Rajahans No. 2/18 in Kalash Udyan. Makzon Impex is basically a small operation where we handle a lot of import and export paperwork and coordination. Our office is in a residential-commercial type of building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile workplace. We have shelves full of folders and samples from different places we trade with. Most of the day is spent on the phone or on the computer, checking where shipments are and why things are stuck at the port. It can be quite stressful when a container is delayed, and we end up drinking a lot of tea to stay calm. The area around Kalash Udyan is nice, with some trees and a bit of a calmer vibe compared to the main roads. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the whole process from start to finish. We often have boxes of samples sitting in the middle of the floor because we haven't had time to clear them out yet. It’s not a perfect office, but it works for us. We just try to keep our clients happy by being honest about the timings and the costs. Sometimes things go wrong with the shipping lines, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We stay late most evenings until the international calls are done.
