We are located at Khatri House, number 111 in Sector No. 1/A, over near the Timber Market in Koper Kharane, Ishwar Puri. It’s an area that smells like fresh wood most of the time because of all the timber around us. Khatri Industries Pvt. Ltd. has its own building here, which makes things easier for us. It’s a sturdy old place that has seen a lot of work over the years. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and storage. We have desks that have been here for decades and a lot of old ledgers. We do use computers now, of course, but we still like having things on paper too. The staff here is like a small family. Many of the guys have worked in this sector for their whole lives. We aren't a polished corporate firm with a dress code. Usually, we’re in work clothes because things can get a bit messy. Our day usually starts early before the heat gets too bad. We deal with various industrial processes, and there is always something that needs fixing or adjusting. We don’t have a fancy website or a PR team. If people want to talk to us, they usually just walk into Khatri House and ask for whoever is around. We prefer it that way. It’s direct and there is no confusion. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It might not be glamorous, but it is what we know how to do best for our customers.
