Kool Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is situated out in the MIDC Taloja area, specifically at Plot No. T 3/2. It’s in the Panvel taluka, which is part of the Rajgad district. Being out in an industrial zone like MIDC means it’s always busy with trucks and people moving around. The noise is just something we’ve gotten used to over time. Our space is pretty basic. We have the equipment we need and a few desks for the paperwork, but it’s definitely more of a workspace than a showroom. We deal with cooling and solutions, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Sometimes it gets quite dusty around here because of all the construction and the traffic on the main roads, so we’re always wiping down the surfaces. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. It’s a practical environment. We have our lunch together most days, usually talking about the commute or what’s happening in Panvel. It’s not the most glamorous place to be, but it’s where the work happens. We focus on getting the jobs done and keeping our equipment running. It’s a long day for most of us, but we like the routine of being here at T 3/2 and seeing the same faces every morning. We usually lock up around seven in the evening.
