Land Marine Equipment Services Private Limited is located at the Shelter Complex in Kharghar, Sector 8. We occupy units 17 and 18 on Plot No. 128. It’s a decent sized space for the kind of equipment we deal with. We handle stuff for both land and marine use, which means there are always some interesting parts lying around. The complex is usually pretty active with other businesses too. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are tools on the benches and boxes of parts waiting to be shipped out or picked up. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating the office; we mostly just focus on the equipment. It’s a practical environment. When people come by, they are usually looking for a specific part or need some advice on a piece of gear. We just tell them what we know. Kharghar is a growing area, so things are getting busier around Sector 8. We try to keep up with the work as it comes in. It isn't a high-pressure corporate setup. We just show up, do the jobs, and make sure the gear is in good shape. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things work. It’s just a regular equipment service business doing its daily thing and making sure the orders are shipped on time.
