Cibizen Gold

We are based in Shanti Sadan CHS, over in Sector 20. The address says Nerul West but also mentions Kandivali, which is kind of weird because they are far apart, but I guess it’s just one of those things. Cibizen Gold is a small operation. We work out of the society premises, so it’s a very neighborhood-oriented kind of thing. It’s not like those big gold shops you see on the main highways with neon lights. We keep things quiet and professional. Most of our work involves people from the nearby buildings who need something checked or fixed. We spend our days handling various gold items, keeping our ledgers updated, and chatting with people who drop in. The space is modest, just a few chairs and a counter. We don't have a huge staff, usually just one or two of us around. Sometimes the society kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don’t mind. It feels like home here. We don't put out big ads in the newspaper. Most people find us because a neighbor told them we were here. It’s a steady way to work. We try to be honest about what can and can't be done with a piece of jewelry. Every day is pretty much the same, which is fine by us. We like the routine of opening up, sorting through the day’s tasks, and closing when the sun starts to go down. It's a peaceful spot.
