Alliance Heavy Infra Pvt. Ltd. is located in Sector 31 of Kamothe. We work out of Shop 1 and 2 at Balaji Heights on Plot 7. This isn't a place for fancy suits or polished floors. We deal with heavy infrastructure, so the office is usually full of maps, project plans, and muddy boots near the door. The area around here has been developing fast, and we have seen a lot of changes from our windows. Most of the time, our team is out on-site, so the shop might feel a bit empty during the day. When we are all in, it is quite loud with everyone talking about equipment and deadlines. We have a few computers for the technical drawings and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. It is a busy environment. We don't spend much on marketing because our work usually speaks for itself when people see the projects we are involved in. Managing heavy machinery and big crews is a lot of stress, but it's what we know how to do. The coffee is usually stale because we forget to drink it while we're working. We have been in this building for a while and the security guards know us well. It is a practical office for practical people. We just focus on getting the construction tasks done and making sure everything is built according to the plan. We keep our heads down and work hard.
