Market Innovative

Market Innovative is based in Flat 5 of Building 8, inside the Neel Sankul complex in Sector 11. It is a bit of a quiet spot, which we like for getting our work done. We are not a big agency with hundreds of people. Instead, we are a small group working out of this flat. It is a bit like a home office vibe but more official. We have our computers set up and a table where we can all sit around and talk about whatever projects we are handling. The complex is pretty easy to navigate once you get inside. We do not have any big signs on the main road, so people usually just give us a call when they are outside the building. We spend most of our time looking at data and trying to figure out market trends. It is a lot of sitting and thinking, and then a lot of typing. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with people moving in or out, but generally, it is a good place to focus. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. We like keeping things informal. It feels more natural to work this way without all the corporate rules and formalities. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized with our notes and files.
