We are located at A/6 Shubhechha in Bhaskar Colony, over in Naupada. It’s a comfortable spot for us to work. Jyoti Rane & Associates has been around for a bit, and we mostly focus on helping people with their building projects and design needs. It’s a small office and we like to keep it that way so we can actually talk to everyone who walks in. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or out at sites getting our boots dirty. It’s not just sitting at a desk all day. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and layout changes that always seem to come up at the last minute. Naupada is a good place to be based; we know the area well and have seen it grow over the years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just draw up plans and help people get their houses or offices built. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. We aren't looking for awards or anything, just want to make sure the work is solid and the client is okay with how it turned out. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time, trying to keep our clients informed and doing right by the project at every step.
