Our setup is in the Ttc Industrial Area in Turbhe, at unit C-64. Turbhe is a place that’s always moving, and we fit right in with that. We deal with scales and weighing systems, so we spend a lot of time making sure things are balanced and accurate. The workshop has a lot of small parts and sensitive electronics laid out on workbenches. It isn't the kind of place where you’d want to run around; everything is pretty precise. We have a team of technicians who are usually out on the road or hunched over an instrument with a magnifying glass. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps our equipment safe. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, if someone needs us, they just call or drop by because they’ve heard we know how to fix a calibration issue. The office gets a bit cramped when a new shipment of sensors arrives, but we manage to find space. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how the industry has changed since we first started in this spot. It’s a quiet kind of busy, focusing on the details that most people don't even think about until their machines stop working. We just stick to what we know and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door, even if it's just for a bit of advice.
