Global Telecom

Global Telecom is tucked away in Sector 19 of Koparkhairane. We’re in the Janabai Smruti Building, using flats 5 and 6 on the second floor as our workspace. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes because of the layout. We are quite close to the Rana Devi Mata Mandir, so we hear the temple bells quite often. Working in telecom means there is always something breaking or needing an update. We have wires and parts all over the place. It’s a small team here, and we mostly focus on keeping things running for the people who use our services. Some days are slow, while others are a total mess with everyone calling at once. We don't have a receptionist or anything; whoever is closest to the phone usually just picks it up. Koparkhairane is a busy spot, and finding parking near the building can be a real headache some days. We usually just grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. The building itself is older, and you have to know where you're going to find us. We don’t spend much on decorating the place since we’d rather just have the right tools for the job. It’s a regular neighborhood business where we know our neighbors and try to stay out of trouble. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad compared to others in Mumbai.
