Saai Ganesh Packaging

We are located at H-140 in Mhatre Wadi, which is right by Takavali Naka. It’s a busy little pocket of the neighborhood. Our day usually starts early, getting the machines warmed up and the packing materials ready. We deal with a lot of cardboard and plastic every single day. The place isn’t much to look at, just a practical warehouse where we get the work done. There’s always the sound of tape dispensers and boxes being stacked. We have a small crew and we all just get on with it. Takavali Naka is always full of vehicles, so there’s a lot of noise coming in from the street. It’s a bit of a messy job, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be a big corporate office with glass walls. We just have our storage and our packing benches. Most of the time, the floor is covered in scraps and the air smells like new packaging. We get deliveries coming in and out, so the entrance is usually blocked by a van or a cart. It’s a very local operation and we know the people in the other workshops around the wadi. We don’t have any marketing slogans or fancy missions. We just want to make sure the boxes are packed right and they get delivered where they need to go. It’s the kind of work that keeps you busy and tired, but it feels good to finish the day's orders.
