We've been at C-125 in the TTC Industrial Area for quite some time now. Most people know this part of Mahape as Pawane. It's a busy spot with lots of factories around us. We mainly handle softgel capsules here. It’s what we do day in and day out. The machines can be noisy, but it’s the sound of work getting done. Our team is mostly local folks who have been with us for years. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the lab and the production floor where the real stuff happens. Sometimes the traffic getting into the industrial area is a nightmare, especially in the mornings, but we manage. We make sure the batches are right before they go out the door. It’s straightforward work. No big speeches about changing the world, just making capsules that meet the specs. The weather here gets pretty humid, which can be tricky for the gelatin, so we keep the climate control running tight. If you walk past our gate, you’ll see the blue and white building. It’s not much to look at from the outside, but we keep it clean inside. We deal with various pharmaceutical and nutraceutical clients. They send us the formulas, and we get them into the softgels. It takes a lot of watching the machines and checking the levels. We just stick to our schedule and try to get the orders filled on time. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls, just a functional space where we get the job done. The lunchroom is where we all gather around midday to talk about anything but work. It’s a tight-knit group here, and we all know our roles. We just keep our heads down and meet the daily targets. Sometimes the machines act up, but we fix them and move on.
