Walking into Om Arcade, you have to head up to the first floor to find shop number 134. We’re right there in the thick of things near Janata Market in Turbhe. It’s a loud area, especially in the mornings when all the vendors are setting up. Ganesh Trading Company is basically a small office packed with ledgers and stock lists. We deal with a lot of different goods, so the inventory is always changing. Sometimes the shelves are full of one thing, and a week later, it’s all gone and replaced by something else. The stairs up to the shop are a bit narrow, and it can get crowded when several people are trying to move boxes at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone, writing out invoices by hand, and making sure the logistics work out. The light in the shop isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. If you’re looking for us, just ask around the market; most people know the building. We spend most of our time tracking shipments or talking to the transporters who come in and out of Turbhe all day long. It's a bit of a grind, but that's just how the trading business works around here. It’s honest work, and we just try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone involved without making a big fuss about it.
