Our place is located over in Sector-10a, right on Mini Seashore Road. It’s a bit of a different feel being so close to the water. Fortis Hiranandani Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. has been sitting here for a good while, and the staff is used to the salty air that comes off the shore. The road outside is usually filled with people taking walks in the morning or evening. It’s a large building, so it’s hard to miss if you’re driving through the sector. Inside, it’s mostly just the usual hospital sounds—beeping machines and people walking down the hallways. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor; we’re too busy keeping track of the schedules and making sure the supplies are stocked. The windows in some of the back rooms have a decent view of the road, which is nice when you have a minute to breathe. It’s a busy environment, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when many people arrive at once. We just handle things as they come. It’s a lot of coordination between the different floors and departments. Being in Navi Mumbai means we get people from all over the surrounding suburbs. It’s a solid, practical place to work, even if the days get long and the paperwork never seems to end. We just keep moving and doing what needs to be done every single day without any extra fuss or ceremony.
