Flastomers Pvt.Ltd is located in Nerul, specifically in Sector 19-A. We are in the Bhimashankar building, which is right near Ryan International School. Being near a school means the mornings are always noisy with buses and kids. Our unit is on the ground floor, which makes it easier to move heavy crates of rubber. We deal with elastomers, which is basically just a fancy word for rubber that stretches well. It’s a busy environment. We have a few desks in the front and the production area in the back. Sometimes the smells from the manufacturing process can be strong, but we’re used to it. Our location in Navi Mumbai is pretty convenient for getting supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customers. It’s not a glamorous job. We have stains on the floor and stacks of paper on every available surface. The staff has been here for years, and we all know the routine. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just try to get the orders packed and shipped before the evening traffic starts. It’s a regular office and workshop mix. We keep things moving as best as we can every day.
