We are up on the first floor of Haware Panchvati Plaza in Ghansoli, Sector 5. It is a pretty standard commercial building, and we have been in unit 121 for a while. Our work involves a lot of shipping and moving goods around, which means we spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone. Ghansoli is a busy area these days with all the new development, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle the logistical side of things, making sure stuff gets from one place to another without too much trouble. It is not always easy, especially with all the rules and paperwork that come with moving things across borders. Our office is not very large, just enough room for a few desks and a place to keep our records organized. We do not have a showroom because we do not really sell things over a counter. It is more about coordinating with drivers and warehouses. Most of the people we work with have been doing business with us for years. We are not a huge corporation with different departments for everything. Usually, if you call us, you will talk to one of the three or four of us who are in the office that day. We just try to keep things moving and solve problems as they pop up. It is steady work and it keeps us busy.
