We are set up at Plot-69, Khobrekar House in Sector-21, Nerul. Being in Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city because things feel a little more spread out here, though it’s still plenty busy. Our spot isn't some high-rise office; it’s just a practical space where the team gets together to handle whatever Everest Industries has going on that day. You can walk here from the station if the weather isn't too humid, but most of us just take an auto. The building has a local feel to it, and we know the people working in the nearby blocks. In the afternoons, when the sun is really hitting the front of the building, we usually keep the curtains drawn and just focus on the paperwork or the orders coming in. It’s a lot of routine stuff, honestly. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and a small area for making tea when we need a break. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a bit, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been in this part of Nerul for a while and like that it’s not as chaotic as Mumbai. There’s a bit of a breeze sometimes since we aren't too far from the water, which helps. It’s just where we work and where we try to get things right every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
