We are located right in Parel, Mumbai, which anyone who lives here knows is a very crowded and busy area. Our office is in the New Cvtc Quarters, specifically B 11/2 on D. Chamarbaug Lane. It’s right across from K.E.M. Hospital, so there is always a lot of movement and the sound of ambulances outside our windows. The sounds of the city never really stop around here. Being in Mumbai 12 means we are in the heart of a lot of history and older buildings. Our space isn't huge, but it fits us well enough for what we need to do. Every morning, we navigate the local traffic and the crowds near the hospital to get inside. The infrastructure work we handle keeps us pretty occupied, so there isn't much time for lounging around or having long breaks. Most of the team has been together for years, so we don't need to explain things to each other much anymore. We just know the routine. It gets quite humid in the monsoon season, and the old quarters can be a bit tricky with maintenance like leaky pipes, but it’s home for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city; we just want to do the jobs we have properly. It’s a lot of phone calls, a lot of ledger entries, and a lot of planning. We’re just regular people trying to navigate the Mumbai hustle while keeping our heads down and working hard.
