Our office is located on the first floor of H Block within the Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City in Navi Mumbai. It is a massive campus, and we are just one part of it, sitting at our desks and dealing with a lot of paperwork every day. The atmosphere is mostly the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on their headsets. We spend our time going through insurance claims, looking at photos of dented cars, or reading through medical reports. It is a lot of data and forms, and sometimes the piles of paper on the desks get a bit out of control. The commute to Navi Mumbai can be a bit of a grind for some of the staff, so the morning starts with a lot of coffee and people settling into their routines. We don't have any big missions or slogans we shout; we just try to process the files as they come in. People call us when something has gone wrong in their lives, like an accident or a health issue, so we hear a lot of difficult stories. We just try to be practical and get the information sorted so the claims can move forward. It is a regular office job in a big building, and we just do our best to stay on top of the work and get home on time.
