Chesa Dental Care Services Ltd. is located in the Gauri Commercial Complex, which is right in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur. Our office is room 310. The building is one of those standard commercial blocks you see all over this part of Navi Mumbai. It’s not a brand-new place, but it works for us. We spend our days handling dental service requests and making sure our technicians have what they need. There are about six or seven of us in the office on a regular day. We keep things pretty informal here. You won't see anyone in a three-piece suit unless there's a very special reason. The space is filled with desks, some spare parts for dental equipment, and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when things get frantic. Being in the CBD means there are lots of other offices around, so we usually head out for lunch at one of the local stalls. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a glossy brochure about our values. We just show up, take the calls, and fix the problems that come our way. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we just open a window and keep going. We know most of the security guards by name and they know us. It is just a regular office where we do our best every single day.
