Our clinic is tucked into Shop Number 5 at the Bhumi Raj Casa complex in Sanpada. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, mostly surrounded by the people who live in the apartments nearby. The space inside isn't huge, but it's enough for a desk, some chairs for waiting, and the shelves filled with those little glass bottles. Homeopathy is a slow process, so we spend a lot of time just sitting and listening to what people have to tell us about their health. Sanpada has grown a lot, but this little corner feels pretty familiar to us now. We see a lot of parents bringing their kids in, or older folks from the building who just want to chat about their aches and pains. The light comes in through the front window in the afternoon, making the place feel a bit more open. We don't use any fancy equipment here; it's mostly about the records we keep in our notebooks and the conversations we have. Sometimes the delivery people for the complex get lost and ask us for directions, which is just part of being in a building like Bhumi Raj Casa. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the appointments, though things often run a bit behind if a conversation goes long. It’s a small, local operation, and we like it that way because we get to know everyone who comes through our door.
