Celogen Pharma is located over in Cbd Belapur, specifically in the Shree Nand Dham building. We are in Sector-11, which is a pretty standard area for businesses around here. Our office, 411-B, is where all the daily operations happen. It’s a decent-sized room, but it feels smaller because of all the samples and files we have to keep on hand. Working in pharma means you can't really escape the paperwork. Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city; it feels like there’s a bit more breathing room, though it’s still plenty busy. We spend most of our time coordinating between different departments and making sure our records are up to date. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a ping-pong table or a lounge. We have desks, chairs, and a small area for making coffee. Most of us live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a small community over time. We don't talk much about visions or missions; we just focus on the tasks for the day. If a shipment is late, we're on the phone. If a document is missing, we go through the cabinets. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. The building is easy enough to find, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by sight. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular pharma work and keeping things moving.
