We are located at 001 Shri Swamy Smarth Krupa over in CBD Belapur. If you know where the Nayar Hostel is, then we’re basically right there. In fact, people usually mention the hostel twice when they’re giving directions to our place. It’s a ground-floor spot, which makes it easier for moving things in and out. Belapur is a busy hub, but our corner feels a bit more settled compared to the main station area. Sai Samrat Enterprises has been around this neighborhood for a bit. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle our daily business tasks. Most days are spent on the phone or sorting out things for our clients. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. You see a lot of students and office workers passing by because of the hostel and the surrounding offices. Sometimes the parking nearby is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to walk if they are close. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. It's just a small team here making sure everything runs okay. We start early most days and stay until the work is finished. It’s a straightforward life here in Belapur, and we like the rhythm of this part of the city. We don't need much more than a desk and some good neighbors to keep going.
