Capture Network System

If you ever walk down Station Road in Goregaon West, you might have passed by the Rolex Shopping Centre without thinking much about it. That’s where we are, up in B/217. It’s a busy spot, especially with the station right there, so there is always noise and people rushing around. Inside our office, it’s mostly just us surrounded by cables, routers, and computer parts. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting why a network has gone slow or why a server isn't talking to the printers. It’s not the most glamorous work, but someone has to do it. When a client calls because their internet is down, they are usually pretty stressed out, so we try to get over there or fix it remotely as fast as we can. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the quirks of the buildings around here and how the wiring usually goes. Sometimes the solution is just plugging something back in that someone tripped over, and other times it takes us all afternoon to find a break in a line. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because we helped their neighbor or the shop downstairs. It’s a local way of doing things, and it works for us. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just trying to keep everyone connected. Station Road is never quiet, but inside the Shopping Centre, we have our own little rhythm going and that is how we like it.
