Blue Dot Market

Blue Dot Market is located at Shop No. 5 in the Neelkanth Building over in Sector 3 of Ghansoli. We moved into this spot on Plot No. 8 and just started setting things up one shelf at a time. It is a neighborhood shop through and through. We see the same faces every morning when people are out getting their daily essentials. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about how we stack things so people can actually walk through the aisles. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a delivery arrives at the same time a few customers are inside. We do all the lifting and stocking ourselves. It is hard work on the back, but it keeps the business running. We don't have a big corporate team behind us, just a couple of us making sure the products are on the shelves and the place is open. Ghansoli is a growing place and we’ve seen more buildings go up around us lately. We just try to keep up with what the families nearby are looking for. There isn't anything fancy about our setup, just plain shelves and a counter where we chat with neighbors. If we don't have something, we usually try to get it for the next time someone asks. It is just a practical way to run a small market and stay connected to the people living right here in the sector. We like the way things are going.
