Our setup is located at Plot C-373 in the TTC Industrial Area in Pawane. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the industrial stuff happens. We’ve been operating as Bionext Pharma for several years now. Most of our work involves the pharmaceutical side of things, so there’s a lot of focus on details. It isn't a flashy office with modern furniture. It’s more of a functional space where we get things done. We have a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. A lot of our time goes into managing shipments and making sure the storage is kept at the right temperature. It’s a lot of boring but necessary tasks. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle the business as it comes. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to spend a whole day just clearing it out. The neighborhood is mostly other warehouses and factories, so it gets quiet at night but stays very busy during the day. We usually have tea together in the late afternoon to catch our breath. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we’re just a local pharma firm trying to keep things running smoothly. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. That’s enough for us to keep coming back every day.
