You can find us over in Mahape, specifically in the Technocity building at the TTC Industrial Area. We are up on the eighth floor in the B wing, room 805. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are busy, which they often are during the morning rush. The MIDC area is always buzzing with people and vehicles. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s a standard office space with enough room for our desks and all the equipment we need to keep things running. We don't really do the whole corporate decor thing; it's mostly just practical furniture and a lot of cables. The view from the window is mostly other industrial buildings, which is fine by us. It's a working environment. Our team is small but we know what we are doing. We spend our hours looking at specs and handling the day-to-day operations that keep Bender India moving. It’s quiet most of the time, except when we’re all debating something over coffee. We don’t have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us here in Mahape. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and get through the week. We keep things pretty simple and avoid any unnecessary fuss. It's just a regular workplace.
