Regal Design Studio

Our studio, Regal Design Studio, is in the Suraj Darshan Building on Bacchumiya Dhuru Marg. If you are in Sector 19 of CBD Belapur, you’ve probably passed by us. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. Inside, the studio is where all the actual work happens. We have a couple of tables for cutting and a few machines in the back. It’s not a massive showroom. It’s more of a place where we sit down with fabrics and sketch out ideas. We spend a lot of time looking at different patterns and trying to see what works together. The walls are mostly covered with samples and notes we’ve written to ourselves. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a few of us who know how to sew and design. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders to finish, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest studio in the city. We just like making things that look good and fit well. People come to us when they want something specific made, and we sit down and talk about it over a cup of tea. It’s a very personal way of working. We don't have any polished scripts for when customers walk in. We just talk like normal people and try to get the job done right.
