If you are looking for us, we are tucked away behind Savita Chemicals, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being in an industrial zone means there is never really any quiet time. You have tankers moving through the narrow streets and the sound of machinery from the neighbors all day long. Asian Paints Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a bit. It’s a practical setup, nothing too pretty to look at, but it works for what we need. The yard is usually full of pallets, and there is a constant smell of chemicals and heavy plastic in the air. Most of the staff here have been around for years, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic during shift changes. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the loading dock and the small office space inside. It gets pretty dusty with all the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the desks.
