Our facility is located in the T.T.C. Industrial Area, specifically at W-444 in Rebale. If you know the MIDC area, you know it’s a lot of warehouses and factories. Amn Life Science has been here for a bit, and we’re used to the industrial vibe. There are always trucks moving in and out of the gates nearby. Inside, we focus on life sciences, which means a lot of lab work and checking samples. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie. Most of us are in lab coats or just casual clothes for the office. The heat in Rebale can be tough in the afternoon, but the facility is kept at the right temperature for the products. We spend our time testing things and making sure the batches are right. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but it’s important. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a fountain. Instead, we have shelves of supplies and equipment that we use every day. We usually have tea together in the breakroom when we get a chance. It’s a hard-working group of people. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to make sure the science is right and the products are safe. It’s a busy life in the industrial belt, but we’re used to the noise and the pace of it all. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular stuff. It works for us.
