Our place is at Plot No-B/16 in the TTC Industrial Area, which is part of the MIDC Digha section. It’s a typical industrial zone where you see a lot of warehouses and factories lined up one after another along the dusty roads. At Accura Pharmaquip Pvt. Ltd, we spend our time working on equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. It is a lot of technical work, but the setting is very down-to-earth and practical. The building itself is a solid, no-nonsense structure where the main floor is dedicated to the machinery and assembly. We have technicians and engineers moving around, checking parts and making sure the equipment is built correctly before it leaves the gate. The air in Digha can be a bit heavy sometimes, being an industrial belt, but we are all used to it by now. There’s a lot of truck traffic coming through the TTC area, so there is always the sound of engines and horns in the background while we work. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or big presentations; we just show the equipment to whoever comes by the plot. It is a very practical atmosphere where everyone knows their job and gets on with it. We have our tea from the local vendor who comes around every afternoon, and we take our breaks when we can find the time. It’s just a regular group of people doing honest work.
