Our branch is located at D2/303 in the Nilgiri Garden CHS, which is on Uran Road in Sector 24 of CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. It’s a bit of a specific spot, tucked into a housing society area rather than a massive office complex. This gives our daily work a bit of a different feel than what you might expect from a big name. We are in Navi Mumbai, so it’s a bit greener and more open than the crowded parts of the main city. The office is a practical workspace where we handle our assigned tasks and projects. We don't have a giant lobby or a cafeteria, just the essentials we need to do our jobs. Most of us commute from around Navi Mumbai, so the location in Belapur works out quite well. We spend our hours mostly at our desks, working through spreadsheets and various systems. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when you need to concentrate. We don't really go in for a lot of internal marketing or fancy speeches. We just show up, do the work that’s expected of us, and head home. The building is a regular cooperative housing society, so we see our neighbors coming and going too. It feels more like being part of a community than just being another cog in a machine. We just keep things moving along steadily every day.
