Mansarovar Complex is a big place and finding Room 703 can be a bit of a trek if the lift is acting up again. We are based out here in Kamothe, Sec 34, which has changed a lot lately. There’s so much building going on around Raigad now. A T Upadhye Co is really just a few of us working together in this office space. It gets quite bright in the afternoons because of the windows. We usually have files piled up on the side tables because there’s never enough shelf space. Dealing with the paperwork for everything keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Sometimes we walk down to the nearby stalls for a quick snack when things get too quiet. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a practical room where we get our daily tasks finished. The weather in Panvel can be quite something during the monsoon, and we’ve seen plenty of rain from this height. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at screens. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple life here in the complex. If you’re looking for us, just head up to the seventh floor and look for the name on the door. We will likely be there buried under some folders.
