9 Word Sign Systems

Our workshop and office take up the ground and first floor of Progressive Villa E. We're at Plot 73 in Sector 19/20 over in CBD Belapur. Downstairs is where all the loud stuff happens, with the cutting and assembling of signs. It’s usually pretty dusty and smells like paint or glue. Upstairs is a bit quieter, where we do the layouts and handle the bills. We’ve got signs in various stages of being finished leaning against almost every wall. Sometimes you have to step over things to get across the room. The stairs are narrow, so moving big signs can be a bit of a challenge. Belapur is a decent place to work, though it gets very humid. We have a small crew and most of us have been here for years. We don't have a fancy showroom; if you want to see what we do, you just look at what's currently being built on the floor. Our tools are old but they still work fine. We don't spend money on expensive furniture because it would just get covered in dust anyway. We just show up, get the orders ready, and send them out. It’s a straightforward business and we try not to overcomplicate things. The back gate squeaks every time it opens, but we never remember to oil it.
